About Redeafination:
Formed in 2008, Redeafination is a self-funded, independent hip hop dance group for the Deaf.
Through the universal language of dance, we seek to promote deaf awareness as well as to nurture and develop performing arts talents within the Deaf community.
The crew is made up of a mix of Deaf and Hearing dancers
We meet weekly for training every Sat.
Training schedule and venue may vary.
We are always looking for opportunities and ideas to reach out to more Deaf youths.

my name is Chris, I’m from Korea Singapore Dance Project. I just want to say mad respect for SADeaf’s stance for inclusion of people in streetdance. It takes a lot of practice for non-impaired people to keep that kind of timing, I think you guys trained really hard to get to performing level~
Here is a video of Morning of Owl Bboy crew from Korea. Its a six minute show, but at the end, I think you will like it, it won Best Show at Battle of The Year Korea 2007.

am really interested in hip-hop dancing and all, plus it’s really meaningful in this cause of dancing with the hearing impaired…
however, i’m kind of noob in hip-hop dancing, haven’t really gotten any try at it other than from a hip-hop dancing course in the cc…

I just watched your performance videos on Facebook via other people’s links from Dancetitute ’09. I have to say that you guys really rock my world upside down.. I almost cried watching them..
