Heyo.

[1] A warm welcome to Fern, the latest addition to our performance item. Fern: please email me your NRIC number.

[2] Next practice this coming Tuesday at Danz People will be from 8.30pm to 10pm. As usual, drop me an SMS/email if you’re going to be late or not able to come.

[3] For those who have some difficulty with the steps, Nix and myself will be at Danz People at 8pm to provide 1-to-1 training and revision =] So come at 8pm if you think you need the extra practice.

[4] Aaron: Can send me the video you took. Angeline: Can send me the photo you took?

[5] We’ll take a photo again (!!??) for the last time this Tuesday so come dressed in your hiphop gear =]

[6] Full dress rehearsal dates have been confirmed to be on 18th and 19th Feb from 2pm to 6pm and we will have to attend at least 1 of the days. The organisers have requested for those performers who are working to take half-day leave. I will send a seperate email to everyone to indicate which day/s you can make it

Studio is located at the top floor 5th floor of Cuppage Plaza.

If you’re coming from Somerset MRT,
1) Cross the road towards Centrepoint
2) Turn right and walk towards Orchard Point
3) Turn left at the junction of Cuppage Road
4) Walk towards the food area.
5) Ta-da! Cuppage Plaza will be on your right.

Do come early to practice your steps and warm up.

Hi folks!

Really nice to see everyone back in action again after such a long hiatus. I really enjoyed the first rehearsal very much and am very glad to see all the small improvements that everyone has made since our workshop days.

Ok let’s settled some admin stuff first

[1] Rehearsals will be held every Tuesday and Saturday, 730pm to 10pm
We hope that everyone can set aside these 2 days to come for rehearsals. If there is no requirement for certain performers to come down on certain days, I’ll let you know again.

[2] There will NO rehearsal this coming Tuesday
So see you folks next Saturday

[3] Studio
Most likely, we’ll be getting access to a dance studio located at Cuppage Plaza (besides Centrepoint). When this is confirmed, I will let you know again the details.

4] Contacts Info
I have gotten everyone’s contacts (hp and email) except for Richmond, Aaron and Melvin. Apologise in advance for all the SMS’s and emails I will be sending to everyone during these 2-3 months.

[5] Attendance
We are rather short of time so hope everyone can commit to the allocated rehearsal dates. If for any reason, you are unable to come for any day, or held up and will be late, please SMS me (97361630) to let me know in advance

Very important. Need I say more? =] Again, if you are held up and will be late, please let me know in advance. Thanks

[7] Full dress rehearsal dates
As mentioned, VSA has informed us that the full dress rehearsal will be on 18th and 19th Feb from 2pm to 6pm. As expected, most of us are not able to make it during this timing. However, there is still a need for us to have a proper full dress rehearsal so we’ll keep you informed of any updates after discussing with VSA.

[8] Lastly, homework…
Try to practice the steps at home yah? The most important thing is to remember the steps and the counts so we won’t have to spend time the next rehearsal to re-teach it again. Once you can remember the steps, then work on the details that we mention during rehearsals on how to make it look good =]
